Learning Mudra's
It has been proven that regular practice of mudras not only contribute to one’s overall good health but can be used as a preventive measure as well. Classes will be held weekly, every Wednesday morning at 5:30am. Class times may vary but will be no longer than 45 minutes. Live classes are preferred (so the instructor can help you with proper positioning) but if you cannot make the live class, they are recorded as well. Price listed is per class.
